The plots are located in the village of Zupci, Bar, in the attractive vicinity, just 3 km away from the center of Bar, which still does not prevent you from finding yourself in the place favored by untouched nature, after just a 10-minute drive. Anyone would be impressed by such silence, the beauty of nature and the wonderful view of the sea.

The plots occupy the following area: plot 2142 – 1,050 m2, plot 2143 – 1,000 m2, plot 2154 – 980 m2, plot 2155 – 17,789 m2 , plot 2783 – 1,228 m2, plot 2771— 1,700 m2 . (The plots are numbered according to the plan, see Documents section)

The road to the plots is covered with asphalt, electricity is supplied. There is a garage of 42 m2 built on plot 2155, no fit-out works performed. There is spring-well on plot 2155.
